Growing up with a learning disability, I found it extremely difficult to read and write; school for me was challenging. After returning home from school each day, I found a welcome sanctuary from the troubles of everyday life in the small box that sat in my basement: the television. For some, the TV represents a chance for entertainment, but for me TV was an escape. I was able to connect with TV far beyond the average viewer; the moving images filled the void that had been created by the reality of my life. I fell in love with programs and characters, and knew that this love for television and films was something strong and real. I felt safe watching TV; it did not demand anything from me except my attention and imagination. My love for TV and film has continued, and I believe I am ready to tell stories through television and film. You can view some of my past films, television shows, and media projects on this site. I hope you will find them funny, emotional, entertaining, and more importantly see that I truly have a passion for telling compelling stories.
